In addition to the cost of staying with Sunrise Bay Properties, we charge standard hotel taxes based on local laws and regulations, as well as a cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit. The security deposit is released upon departure. A full breakdown of charges is provided before payment.

  • You will be charged 100% of the total amount for your stay at the time of booking confirmation.
  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, excluding prepaid cards. Cash on arrival is not accepted.

Yes. All receipts are emailed to the address used when booking. You may also request an invoice in advance by emailing us if you have an upcoming or previous stay. Request an invoice via cca1049501@yahoo.com.

We do not have a traditional front desk. Check-in is completed on your phone. Guests are required to verify their ID and contact details before arrival. Once verified, you will receive detailed check-in instructions specific to your rental.

  • The exact check-in process varies from home to home, so we’ll provide more details depending on which booking you select.

Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

All Sunrise Bay Properties reservations are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), including properties located in the Abaco Islands, Bahamas.
