We had a great stay! Loved the location—quiet and peaceful! And an easy walk to the beach! Kids had fun in the pool and we loved sitting in the hot tub in the evenings with a nice breeze over the water.  We got in some great birdwatching, too! The house was clean and had plenty of pool towels and linens. The property was well taken care of and everything was in working order except the light in the jacuzzi. The pool was the the perfect temperature and the beach was a short walk from the house. The neighborhood was very peaceful, we enjoyed coffee outside while listening to the birds and dolphin watching. The outdoor shower was also a plus when coming back from the beach. Christy’s place is lovely and just as in description. Perfect for a family. Spacious two bedrooms and the pool and outdoor space is wonderful. Loved looking out from kitchen and bedrooms into pool or canal. Blue heron and ibis and other birds welcomed us every morning. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely stay for 4 nights. There is only one bathroom and shower is a bit small. 
My toddler loves taking bath and to take shower with her inside was a little hard. But we did know it from pictures:-) 
My toddler is quite cautious so did not wander too close to the water bodies and loved playing inside the house or in the back. The beach is v close and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants in the area.  Overall, it is a great find

  • In addition to the cost of staying with Your Preferred Stays, we charge standard hotel taxes (based on local laws and regulations), as well as a cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit, which will be released upon departure. Moreover, you will see the full breakdown of your charges before payment.
  • You will be charged 100% of the total amount for your stay at the time of booking confirmation.
  • We accept all debit and credit cards, excluding pre-paid credit cards. We don’t accept cash on arrival.
  • All receipts will be emailed to the email address that was used to book our suites. Additionally, you can request an invoice ahead of time via email at [email protected], as long as you have an upcoming stay or have stayed with us in the past.
  • We don’t have a traditional front desk like you’d find in a hotel.
  • Instead, we offer seamless check-in on your phone. Since there’s no lobby, we need to make sure you’re you before you arrive. Therefore, we’ll ask you to verify your ID, confirm your email address, and phone number so we can send you reservation updates and check-in details.
  • The exact check-in process varies from home to home, so we’ll provide more details depending on which booking you select.
 
 
  • Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a 50% refund
  • In any other case, there’s no refund
